Availability of Stock / Pricing
The West Coast Eagles Team Store reserves the right to cancel and refund payment, at any time before fulfilment or delivery and for whatever reason, for an order that has been placed or confirmed as received. This includes situations where:
(a) our suppliers are unable to supply items that they have previously committed to supply, or the items supplied are of unacceptable quality or quantity or differ from the item advertised;
(b) items are unable to be supplied within a reasonable time or are out of stock and will no longer be produced; or
(c) items ordered were subject to an error regarding description, price or image, which was not discovered or corrected prior to the order being placed or confirmed as received.
While every effort is made to ensure that our website is completely up-to-date with correct product and size availability, occasionally some items will be out of stock despite your order having been confirmed as received. This is particularly true of sale and seasonal items, and during periods of high traffic instore and/or online.
In the instance where a product that you have ordered is unavailable, the West Coast Eagles Team Store will contact you as soon as possible to offer you either a refund or to advise that there will be a delay in the delivery of that item until new stock arrives. We may also offer an alternative item for your consideration.
Unless otherwise required under the Australian Consumer Law, the liability of the West Coast Eagles Team Store is limited to refund of the purchase price for the unavailable item or delivery of the item when and if replacement stock of that item becomes available.
