Can I change my order?
If for some reason you need to change a part of your order, such as delivery address, size, quantity or colour, your best option is to follow the below steps:
1. Please contact the Team Store via email at email@example.com as soon as possible and request the amendment. Our emails are monitored during weekday businesss hours; however, sometimes your order may be processed and sent before we have a chance to respond to your email or action a request.
2. We do require the amendment request in writing to ensure that the changes that have been requested are authorised by you and actioned correctly.
If your order has been processed before we receive your email request, unfortunately you will need to send the item back to us for an exchange at your own expense.
