- How do I exchange my SGI-branded item?
You can exchange your item by visiting the West Coast Eagles Team Store; our opening hours are below. If you are unable to visit the Team Store in person during these hours, please contact the West Coast Eagles Team Store on (08) 9388 4555 or email@example.com to discuss options for your exchange. Please do not mail your item until you have spoken with the Team Store as we will be unable to reimburse postage costs if this occurs.
- I live outside of the Perth metropolitan area and I can’t make it into the West Coast Eagles Team Store to exchange my items.
Please contact the Team Store on (08) 9388 4555 or firstname.lastname@example.org discuss options for your exchange. Please do not mail your item until you have spoken with the Team Store as we will be unable to reimburse postage costs if this occurs.
- When can I exchange my SGI-branded item?
Items may be exchanged between 9:00am on February 8, 2016 and 5:00pm March 18, 2016.
- I didn’t purchase my SGI-branded item at the West Coast Eagles Team Store – can I exchange it at the store where I originally purchased it?
No, the exchange program is being operated exclusively by the West Coast Eagles Team Store on behalf of SGIO; however, we will accept items purchased from other retailers for exchange.
- I don’t have my receipt.
No problem, no proof of purchase is required, only presentation of the SGI-branded item for exchange.
- What if I have had my name and a number heat-sealed onto my SGI-branded item?
Not a problem, we will also replace and apply the heat-sealed name and/or number to your exchanged item, free of charge.
- I’d like to exchange my SGI-branded item for another product, can I do this?
No, SGI-branded items must be exchanged for the equivalent item(s) only.
- I’d like to exchange my SGI-branded item for a different size, is this possible?
Yes, as long as the product is the equivalent of the SGI-branded item being exchanged. Adult sizes may not be exchanged for youth or youth for adult.
- I’ve had my SGI-branded item signed by a player and framed – will you compensate me for this?
No, we will only replace the SGI-branded item for a SGIO-branded item.
- I don’t want an exchange, I would like a refund instead.
Change of mind refunds will only be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of the West Coast Eagles Team Store Returns Policy, which may be viewed on our website at https://www.wceteamstore.com.au/returns-policy. Proof of purchase will be required for any eligible refunds. SGIO-branded items received in exchange for SGI-branded items will not be accepted for change of mind returns in any circumstances.
- I’ve given the SGI-branded item that I purchased to somebody else as a gift, what do I do?
The person you have given the SGI-branded item to is able to make the exchange if they choose to do so.
- Why did the logo change back again from SGI to SGIO?
This was an internal decision made by SGIO and we are working with them, as our co-major partner, to minimise the impact on our members and supporters. Both SGIO and the West Coast Eagles regret any inconvenience caused by the changes to the logo.
- My question hasn’t been answered here.

Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
