Have you received my returned goods?
We will process your return within 1 working day of it being received at our West Coast Eagles SuperStore. We will send you an email to confirm when this has been done and then please allow 2-3 working days for it to appear on your statement.
In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of returning your items, please get in touch with us on (08) 9388 4555 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and when you sent it back to us.
